• L-Theanine – This is another amino acid ingredient in the ZZZZs formula. L-Theanine is an amino acid that’s found in tea leaves, and it is often included as a supplement ingredient due to some promising research into its potential benefits. Each capsule contains 40mg of L-Theanine.
