Before we take a closer look at the TRX Home2 System, we need to learn a little bit more about TRX.

TRX are a fitness company with a focus on suspension training.

Their website explains that TRX is trusted by athletes, professional trainers, gym enthusiasts and even beginners.

TRX started with a single TRX Suspension Trainer but the company have expanded their range to provide a wealth of signature products and functional training tools.

They claim on their website that science has proven suspension training can provide muscular and cardiovascular benefits.

Their approach to training starts with seven basic movements: push, pull, plank, rotate, hinge, lunge and squat.

Our Verdict

I was first introduced to TRX suspension training in 2016 and I’ve incorporated this training format into my weekly sessions ever since.

While I like the feeling of hitting the treadmill, rower or exercise bike, TRX encourages me to reconnect with my body and how it feels in a way that cardio machines simply can’t.

I find TRX forces me to focus on my balance to a much greater extent than free weights or weight machines.

The great thing about TRX Home2 System is that it can be used anywhere. Whether you set it up inside your home, in your makeshift gym in the garage, in your garden, hotel room, beach, woods… the possibilities are endless.

The TRX app is simple to use and provides guidance for beginners and even people who are familiar with suspension training, allowing you to get even more from your TRX and your workouts.

The total body workout that TRX provides can help you build lean muscle or get a sweat on even if you’re just doing a quick 15-minute workout between business calls.
