Box Clever becomes Box Mind after year of fast growth
Box Clever is rebranding to Box Mind to better align with its mission of empowering people through its mobile boxing workouts
Box Clever, the London-based mobile boxing workout, has announced that it is rebranding to Box Mind to better align with its mission of empowering people through its classes.
Over the last year, Box Clever has been offering mobile boxing classes across London at various venues, including spare spaces in corporate buildings, tradeshows and at other events.
The “empowering” mind-body boxing concept has been used by more than 15 organisations and businesses across the capital over the last 12 months.
The aim is to give employees a powerful and empowering workout experience, which will benefit both their physical and mental health.
Modern city life is tough, stressful and demanding. The Box Mind is a “unique workout designed to teach you to fight your way through life using your mind”.
It promises to help you to “let your inner boxer out” and improve both your physical and mental health.
“Boxing gave me the mental strength to keep pushing myself towards my goals and my dreams,” explains founder Anna Zuccarini, who launched the company in 2017.
“It’s become my source of strength and energy to keep a healthy mind and stay focused.”
Under its new name, Box Mind is now aiming to help get more Londoners active, while at the same time highlighting the mental benefits of sport as a way to both empower people and improve mental health.
The Box Mind team are now developing six and 12-week programmes mixing “self-development training with full-body conditioning” – and all using boxing as a way to connect mind and body.
